1. Participant Obligations

Participants formally commit to scrupulously observing the terms and conditions. Participants must adhere to the information indicated on the activity page and in the program, to the rules of normal prudence and diligence, and to all instructions given by the staff during the activities. Participants have the obligation to proactively communicate any non-optimal health conditions and potentially dangerous pathologies in the practice of the activities offered by Hiking Lake Iseo. Participants must also preventively and objectively assess the suitability of their health conditions with respect to the activity they intend to participate in: Hiking Lake Iseo is categorically excluded from any liability for physical damage resulting from the practice of the proposed activities by unsuitable participants.

2. During Activities

During the activities, participants are accompanied by qualified professionals in compliance with insurance coverage and current laws. During the activities, participants must comply with all the provisions given by the guides who have the right to make the changes they deem most appropriate. During the activities, the staff has the right to assess the physical and technical suitability of the participants and make the most appropriate decisions regarding the continuation of the activity itself. Hiking Lake Iseo is not responsible for any damage occurring as a result of individual initiatives and attitudes held by participants and not in accordance with the staff's decisions during the entire duration of the activity. Participants must be in possession of adequate equipment related to the activity carried out.

3. Activity Participation Fees

The participation fees for individual activities are indicated in the specific page. The fees generally include: accompaniment by a certified professional and all items included in the section"what's included". The fees do not include anything that is not included in the section "what's included".

4. Times, Methods of Participation and Payment for Activities

Adherence to the activities is done through the booking form and subsequent contact and agreement with our staff. These adhesions have the legal value of a contract. Registrations for daily activities will be possible according to the remaining availability of places.

Terms of cancellation for daily activities.

You have up to 24 hours before your activity's agreed start time to cancel your booking.

Refund:

• For cancellations within the terms of the contract, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
• For cancellations beyond the maximum terms of the contract, the entire amount will be retained.

Refund method for cancellation due to change of destination by Hiking Lake Iseo.

In case of non-acceptance of the substitute destination (for reasons beyond the organization's control), 50% of the fee will be refunded.

Refund method for cancellation by Hiking Lake Iseo:

The amount paid will be refunded in full.
